  • All AICTE graduates can participate.
  • The registration will be completely through our website.
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams participating from each Institute.
  • All team members should be from same college; no inter-college teams are allowed. However, members from different branches of the same college/ institute can form a team.
  • Each team would comprise of 3 to 5 members including the team leader.
  • Any member of the team can make their team's submission.
  • Submission dates should be strictly followed. No exceptions will be made.
  • Submission is required to be done on http://beachhack.in/ in the .pdf format. Upto 3MB
  • Entries should be sent only in the prescribed format; otherwise they are bound to get rejected.
  • Evaluation criteria will include novelty of the idea, complexity, clarity and details in the prescribed format, feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, user experience and potential for future work progression.
  • Notification about selected teams will be sent to their respective email id. You may keep a track of all the latest notifications and updates about the event through our website.
  • If a team is selected for the final Hackathon, members will need to travel to the assigned center at Azhikode Munakkal Beach.
  • Each college/institute will be responsible for the travel and accommodation of their teams for the finale.
  • First round is absolutely free. If selected, there will be a fee of Rs 300/-
